• Bogan's German Shorthair Pointers Upland Game Bird Dogs. For your Hunting companion dogs. Occasionally companion dogs are available. Hunting homes & possible show companion home prospect have priority. This breed is truly magnificent. Before taking one into your home please consider their high activity level and stamina. The All Purpose Dog will find, point, retrieve dead or wounded game from land or water. These dogs will kill unwanted varmints and blood trail large game. If you have the time, space, understanding , and love to devote to this breed you will never regret it.
  They will return with more love and devotion than you could ever expect.
• Puppies are handled from birth and worked with until they go to their new home. Puppies cannot go home before they are 8 weeks of age. All pups grow and learn on our 5-acre of property with hunt & companionship in mind. Dogs started with a trainer are noted in listing. We do our best to breed the best in health, conformation, companion as well as some out of sight Gun Dogs.
• All of my puppies are guaranteed against congenital defects up to two years of age. ( Companion Hunting ) puppies are sold on AKC Limited Registration (can not be used for breeding), and my Performance puppies are sold with contracts pertaining to the individual buyers goals.
• Please plan to contact us 48 hours prior to picking up your new puppy/dog. This will ensure that we will be prepared for your arrival. You will need to bring along a leash & collar, pet carrier/crate, blanket and water. Your new puppy/dog will appreciate the safety and comfort for it's ride home.
• Fees $850.00, and up, price will depend on the breeding & will be listed on each breeding (Shipping and crate cost are the responsibility of the buyer) and shall be shipped airfreight. C.O.D or prepaid to a designated location determined by the Buyer. The Buyer is solely responsible for costs of crate and insurance during shipping and cost of freight charges.
  $200.00 min. deposit required. Deposit is non-refundable except in cases of no live birth. (Pick of the litter is reserved. ) Show/Companion and Field/Companion approved homes only.

• Puppies are vet checked and currently vaccinated. Our kennel uses Heartgard. Heartgard prevents deadly heartworm disease, roundworms, hookworms (A. Caninum), and whipworms. Tails are docked and dew claws are removed at 3 days old.
  We highly recommend that you take your new puppy to your local vet within 48 hours to inquire about Heartworm, Lyme Disease and a Flea program.

• All puppies are registered with the AKC prior to leaving our kennel. They will be registered with AKC Companion recovery service. For more information visit www.akccar.og or call 1-800-252-7894. When you purchase a pup you will be asked for a name for your new family member. We ask that you use our name "Bogan's" in the name of your puppy (please use it at the beginning of the registered name, for example Bogan's Sharper Edge).
• Pups that are pet quality will be sold with limited AKC Registration Certificate. Pet quality does not mean in anyway your puppy is of lesser quality. Full registration will be given to future AKC show/hunt test/field trial dogs only and co/owned with me until title is received.
• No puppy is to be resold, traded or given away. Please return, we have room to keep any of our dogs until they are placed into a new home.
• All dogs/pups that receive a Champion, Hunt Test, Field Trial, CD or any AKC title or International Title will receive a discount on the next puppy purchased from me. Picture and copy of title is required for discount. Special Consideration will be given to anyone who will use our dogs for Search & Rescue or Therapy dogs.
• Time changes what we are able to do in titling our dogs due to health and age. Bogan's Ace High Kennel will consider helping a responsible person title their dog in AKC Show & Hunt Test for dogs purchased at Bogan's Ace High Kennels (for CA, NV, and AZ residence) only. This includes tracking.

To assist you in your selection,

I take photos of the litter digitally, and email them to you as they grow. Puppy choice is handled in the same order in which the deposits are received. All puppies come with a puppy kit that contains health record, information on the breed, also a picture & pedigree of the Sire & Dam.
